1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PicGlobe (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the company operating PicGlobe, registered in England and Wales.
2. Description of Service
- Image upload and storage on Cloudflare R2 infrastructure
- CDN-powered image delivery via i.picglobe.org
- Shareable links (Direct, BBCode, HTML, Markdown)
- Expiry options (1 hour to Forever)
- Premium subscription plans with enhanced features
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts & Registration
Guest Users: You may upload images without creating an account, subject to standard rate limits.
Registered Users: You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, notify us immediately of any breach at ···, and be responsible for all activity on your account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to upload content that:
- CSAM — ZERO TOLERANCE Immediately reported to IWF and NCA CEOP
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Infringes copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
- Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Is defamatory, harassing, abusive, or threatening
- Depicts non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII)
- Promotes terrorism, extremism, or violence
- Is used for phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
5. User Content & License Grant
You retain all ownership rights to images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, cache, deliver, and generate thumbnails of your content for service provision. This license terminates when you delete your content.
6. Enforcement
- Removing or disabling access to violating content
- Issuing warnings or suspending accounts
- Permanent termination after three (3) valid strikes
- Blocking IP addresses of persistent violators
- Reporting illegal content to law enforcement
7. Premium Subscriptions & Payments
Paid subscriptions are processed via Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period. No refunds for partial months unless required by UK consumer law. Price changes notified 30 days in advance.
8. Intellectual Property
The PicGlobe name, logo, and website are our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, distribute our branding, reverse engineer the service, or create derivative works.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by English law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, profits, or service interruptions.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Users are advised to maintain their own backups of important content.
11. Data Retention & Deletion
Images are retained per the expiry setting chosen at upload. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion request, except where retention is required by law (payment records: 7 years).

Material changes notified via email (30 days' notice) and website banner. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
